Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Monte Men’s Cosmetics.

All our products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a safe and secure shipping method. Read more about our shipping policy in a Q&A format below.

 

SHIPPING

- What are the shipping costs?

For orders above €60, no shipping costs will be charged.

For orders within Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Spain and Sweden with an order value of less than €60, we charge €5.95 shipping costs for a standard parcel delivery. 

- How long will it take to get my package?

Your order will generally be shipped in 1-2 business days.

Once shipped, if the delivery address is in the Netherlands the order should arrive in 1-3 business days. For other countries the order should arrive in 3-5 business days.

If delivery time is a concern for you, please contact us ahead of time.

- What shipping methods are available?

Shipping is done through PostNL, DHL, UPS or DPD.

- Can you deliver my order in another country?

We only ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Spain and Sweden.

We’re working on expanding our business to other countries through reliable distributors. Please subscribe to be notified about any expansions.

- I haven’t received my package, what should I do?

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships but if your package does not arrive as scheduled, please contact us at info@monte-cosmetics.com and we’ll help to get your order to you as soon as possible.

- What is the delivery time if I buy items that all have a different delivery time?

If your order contains items with a longer delivery time (for example, pre-order items), we will not ship your entire order until it is complete. We advise you to order these items separately.
