All cosmetics have a shelf life of at least 1 year when they are stored under the right circumstances and when the packaging is sealed. On the packaging of your specific product, you can find an icon (an open jar symbol with a number and a letter 'M') that indicates how many months the quality can be guaranteed after opening. For example, if the symbol says 12M, it means the shelf life of the product after opening is 12 months.

It appears that your favorite item is perhaps more popular than expected. If the item will be restocked within 2 months than you will be able to pre-order it. As soon as we restock the item you will be the first one to receive the item. No, when you pre-order an item, no products from your order will be shipped until the entire order is ready to ship. If you want an item ready for shipment immediately, it is important that you order these items separately.

For orders above €60, no shipping costs will be charged.

For orders within Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Spain and Sweden with an order value of less than €60, we charge €5.95 shipping costs for a standard parcel delivery. 

Your order will generally be shipped in 1-2 business days.

Once shipped, if the delivery address is in the Netherlands the order should arrive in 1-3 business days. For other countries the order should arrive in 3-5 business days.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in a good, unused condition. You are responsible for packing and shipping the products to our warehouse. Please contact us if you would like to initiate a hassle-free return for a full refund. You can do this by logging into your account and submit a return request. You can also inform us of your decision by emailing info@monte-cosmetics.com. If the return conditions are met we will accept the return request and send you a return label that you can use for the products you want to return.

The shipping costs of the first shipment will be reimbursed if the entire order is returned. We charge a fixed amount of €3.95 for the return label. We will also charge a fixed amount of €3.95 if the order is returned to us after it has not been collected from a service point.
